 What are curators?

We are passionate people that discover, research, and find the best emerging and independent artists from around the world.

 

How do we select our artists?

Through a very exciting process we scout different items that we like, we make sure they are unique, they have great quality and are fair traded. We work hand by hand with each artist to provide the best products.

 Do you work with any country?

We could but it also depends on lead time, shipping, inventory, and currency exchange.
 

Where are you guys?

We are based in NYC and California.

Is everything sold in Club Marchi handmade?

Yes, we take great pride in sourcing pieces that are completely handmade. We work directly with artists or communities that create all of our pieces.

 What can I do if I want to purchase an item that is sold out on the site?

My item doesn't look exactly like the photo.

Since Humans are not machines, products may feature inconsistencies and that’s what makes everything so special and unique. Making every piece one of a kind.

CANCELING YOUR PURCHASE

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes cancelling your order, updating an address, updating the size of an item, and/or combining any shipments.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item you have received is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@clubmarchi.com 

If possible, include images of all damage within your inquiry.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.

 Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

 SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Once you place your order allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to make any changes.

What is your return policy?

Oh no! What happened? If eligible, you have 13 days to return you purchase. Please see return policy or contact us directly.
